1. Service Agreement:
1.1. Global Discount LLC will provide web development, SEO, web designing, and marketing services as agreed upon between the client and Global Discount LLC.
1.2. The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals required for the completion of the services.
2. Payment and Fees:
2.1. The client shall pay the agreed-upon fees for the services provided by Global Discount LLC as outlined in the service agreement.
2.2. Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be specified in the service agreement.
3. Intellectual Property:
3.1. SoftTechSolution retains all rights, title, and interest in any intellectual property created or developed during the provision of services.
3.2. The client shall not use or reproduce any intellectual property belonging to Global Discount LLC without prior written consent.
4. Confidentiality:
4.1. Global Discount LLC and the client agree to keep all confidential information received during the provision of services confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability:
5.1. Global Discount LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided.
5.2. Global Discount LLC shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from any third-party actions or events beyond its control.
6. Termination:
6.1. Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations as outlined in the agreement.
6.2. Termination of the agreement shall not relieve the client from the obligation to pay for services rendered prior to termination.
7. Governing Law:
7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Global Discount LLC operates.
